As I have said here for the last five years, all of the above experiments were bad or scammed or fraudulent. Nobody figured on the Planck Satellite coming along and upsetting this cozy communal apple cart.

If the predicted Big Bang Blackbody were 33 K, then that is what they would have closed in on.

By the way, the expression that the Big Bang Cosmologists are “closing in on the universe” is one I am borrowing from them. It is their coinage.

So folks, that is how the situation is in the real world. But in the Bizarro World, the Big Bang Big Band marches on. Some wingnuts are still worshipping Mather and Smoot.
