The Nobel Laureates who stood behind the Special Breakthrough Prize to the LIGO scam are:
Takaaki Kajita
Arthur McDonald
Saul Perlmutter
The Nobel Laureate who stood behind the Kavli Prize to the LIGO scam is:
Brian Schmidt
However, the Nobel Laureates are in strong company in supporting the LIGO scam. On June 7 President Obama and Prime Minister Modi issued the following joint statement:
Expanding Cooperation: Science & Technology and Health
35) The leaders affirmed their nations’ mutual support in exploring the most fundamental principles of science as embodied in the arrangement reached to cooperate on building a Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory (LIGO) in India in the near future and welcomed the formation of the India-U.S. Joint Oversight Group to facilitate agency coordination of funding and oversight of the project.
A developing draft of my book can be seen here.

You seem to have missed the point of why a linear interferometer was used to measure a change in distance of one of the arms of the interferometer. From the Kennedy-Thorndike experiment it is known that even an interferometer with unequal arms yields null results. This is interpreted as a confirmation of time dilation, in addition to Lorentz contraction in the case of equal arms. Neither effect is mentioned in the experiment. As Sagnac showed, you need an non-inertial reference frame to get fringes. Hence a linear interferometer is not appropriate to they type of experiment LIGO scientists want to perform.
